Internet Marketing Services TERMS AND POLICIES OVERVIEW

Fees and Payment

  • By the project: flat rate pricing; will vary depending on project scope.
  • By the hour: $55-$85/hour CAD.
  • By retainer: minimum $750 CAD/month; limited availability.

For hourly services: snap! uses TraxTime software for record keeping and bills time in 15 minute increments. Time spent to acquire or develop knowledge relevant to the client’s unique situation or circumstances is billable.

For retainer services: Unused retainer hours do not roll over into the next month. Hours used in a month additional to the retainer are billed at the regular hourly rate for that service.

We’re business people too. As such, snap! virtual associates inc. will not accept, commence or continue work on any task until:

  • The client has signed our service agreement.
  • The client has made the requisite deposit.
  • The client has provided sufficient information and/or other resources required by snap! to carry out the marketing activities contracted.

Invoices may be issued to the client on an interim basis, and are due and payable within 15 days of issue.

“Add-ons” and rush work are billed at a 20% premium.

Business is closed for most holidays as recognized in Canada and by the province of Alberta.

Office disbursements are billable and charged back to the client (freight, printing, packing materials, etc.).

snap! accepts PayPal , Interac Email Money Transfer and checks. Checks must clear the bank before work commences.

Information Security

snap! undertakes to maintain reasonable safeguards over client information and to ensure, as much as reasonably possible, that such information is not vulnerable to intrusions or apprehension by unauthorized third parties.

As a matter of normal business operations, snap! may hire or retain outside experts or service specialists to complete a task or project for the client.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

The variables that impact the search engine ranking of any web page are too numerous too mention here. Search engine algorithms determine not only what matters to ranking but the weight of each variable. Competitive situations on the Internet are also in constant flux. Therefore, snap! virtual associates inc. does not “guarantee” search engine positioning for any web page in any circumstance.

If the client chooses to alter any aspect of his/her website at any time, this can impact the search rank for the pages contained within that site. snap! is not responsible for changes in rank that may result before, during or after the life of the contract.

Client – Service Provider Relationship

The nature of the relationship between snap! virtual associates inc. and the client is that of independent contractor and client. The relationship is not a partnership, joint venture, association, principal and agent, employer and employee or other designation that would imply a proprietary right or interest of either party in affairs of the other.

Getting a Quote

Obtaining your first quote from snap! virtual associates is always free. You will be asked to fill out and submit an Internet Marketing Questionnaire prior to receiving a quote. Please be prepared to answer questions pertaining directly to the nature of you business, such as:

  • Description of key products and/or services.
  • Current challenges faced.
  • Description of target market.
  • Internet marketing and/or business objectives.

Along with other important information about the performance of your business online.

Often prospective clients are hesitant to share such details about the state of the union. Or they simply have never given things like target markets and online marketing objectives much thought. You must be willing to do this exercise before we can help you. We can only be engaged in the marketing process to the extent you, the client, is engaged.
